The Island, Elizabeth Quay is looking for experienced waitstaff!

MUST HAVE solid FOH experience with a clear understanding of steps of service (be prepared we will ask you).

IN ADDITION: 

-is bright and bubbly with a friendly personality

-has a strong knowledge of food and beverage

-is able to make cocktails ( a plus)

-has barista experience ( a big plus)

-presents well

-is eligible to work in Australia

-has extensive table service experience

-is able work in a fast paced environment

-adapts well in varied situations

-can communicate well with the customers

Cook/ Line Chefs

We are looking for a chef with a great attitude, who's not afraid of hard work to join our team at The Island Elizabeth Quay! 

30 hours + on offer for the right person.

Key Attributes:

· Full availability

· Minimum 3 years experience in similar roles and venue gained from working in commercial kitchens

· Permanent resident or Australian citizen

· Ability to work at a fast pace in larger establishments

· Experience as a pizza chef highly regarded

· Adaptable and reliable with a can do attitude

· A passion for food 

· High standards

· Proven longevity in past employment

· A sound understanding and practice of OHS procedures and food safety

· High level of grooming and personal hygiene
