The Steak Banga – Local porterhouse steak, confit cherry tomatoes, smoked scamorza, umami sauce, onions caramelised in Little Island Brewing Co. beer, and festival lettuce, all packed into a crunchy bread roll.

The Rare Roo Carpaccio – Thinly sliced kangaroo fillet with saltbush pesto, kalamata tapenade, finger lime, parmesan cheese, white anchovies, fried saltbush, toasted pine nuts, and a touch of rice crisp for the perfect bite.

The Fried and Fabulous – Crispy bone-in fried chicken thighs, coated in The Island’s secret native spices, served with a plum & jalapeño sauce that’ll have you licking your fingers.
